Reviews Not Syncing

As a result of limitations in Facebook’s API, reviews must be manually resynced by going into the app and logging back into your Facebook account to pull new reviews. If you see reviews in the app with a previous date, please click on “reconnect”.

Although the goal of Sociable is to solve for social proof, we recommend periodically checking the app to see what review date is shown for your reviews.

No refunds will be given if you notice the review dates in the app are in the past. You must follow the instructions above.
