I installed Sociable, and the review widget was appearing. But now it suddenly stopped. What do I do?
In order to fix the issue where the Sociable widget fails to appear within your online store, follow the steps below:
- Ensure that the app is "Activated" by visiting the Sociable app dashboard, and that you've loaded reviews by logging into your Facebook business page.
- Go into your browser's settings, and refresh the cookies and clear the cache.
- Restart your browser.
