I installed Sociable, and the review widget was appearing. But now it suddenly stopped. What do I do?

In order to fix the issue where the Sociable widget fails to appear within your online store, follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure that the app is "Activated" by visiting the Sociable app dashboard, and that you've loaded reviews by logging into your Facebook business page.
  2. Go into your browser's settings, and refresh the cookies and clear the cache. 
    1. Instructions on how to refresh cache on Chrome.
    2. Instructions on how to refresh cache on Safari.
    3. Instructions on how to refresh cache on Firefox.
  3. Restart your browser.
