App is Published, but not Live

If you notice that the app is published and activated within the Coming Soon app dashboard, but not appearing live - there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Make sure that Password Protection is unchecked in Online Store > Preferences.
  2. The most common culprit of not seeing your site live after Publishing it, is needing to clear your cache. Please find instructions on how to do so below. Once your cache is cleared, please close your browser and try to re-open your site

    3. Instructions on how to refresh cache on Firefox.
  3. It's important to test your site across many devices, from mobile to other browsers to validate whether the issue is with the app or local. Ask your friend, or circulate your URL amongst your team. If the Coming Soon page comes up on their devices, it's likely that you need to clear your cache!
