Cart: $0 and no product image

You may find that sometimes the bundle will be added to cart looking like the below, with no product image and a $0 value. 

This is no cause for alarm, and is because Shopify is indexing your products in the back-end during variant creation. Typically it can take up to 10-20 seconds to load. Rest assured that the variants are created at the correct price. Customers cannot check out your bundles for free. 

The Sovi Apps team is aware of this bug and were able to confirm that they are not due to an app issue, but a Shopify platform issue. Please see below for context:
Shopify has since recommended to refresh the cart to resolve the bugs. It appears they are aware of the issue, and are working on it.
The good news is that we had tested Bundable further on our side, and if your customers proceed to checkout - despite seeing the bugs in cart - the checkout will appear correctly with the correct products AND correct pricing.
Additionally, there are two other steps you can take to better improve the experience:
  1. Add a disclaimer within the bundle builder pages to refresh page or proceed w/ checkout if this is seen. This will effectively set customer expectations.
  2. Enable the "Use Note" functionality. To do this, go to Bundable > Edit > Scroll down to "Edit Display Settings" and check the "Use Note" box while leaving the "Note required" box unchecked.
