The order is shown as being processed / getting ready, even though I know it's shipped. Why?

The order is showing up as "processing"/getting ready, even though I know it's shipped. Why?

Detailed tracking info only appears for Shopify supported carriers and we try to make this super clear in our app description to avoid any confusion.
