"Out of Stock" Error in Checkout for Bundles

If your customers are experiencing an "out of stock" error when trying to check out their bundles (see screenshot below), please follow the following steps:

  1. Go into your Shopify Admin > Products
  2. Click on "More filters" and select Product type "svi_hidden". This product type corresponds to all bundle products generated by Bundable.
  3. Ensure that the availability of all of these svi_hidden products is marked as "Available on Online Store"
  4. Save changes

*If you notice that your bundles do not appear in Products after filtering for svi_hidden product types, please send us an email at support@soviapps.com This may mean that your bundle products were either not generated, or removed. If that is the case, we will reset the bundle products for you as this will break the Bundable experience.
